This highly visible role is responsible for driving sales excellence across Honeywell Intelligrated by overseeing continuous improvement and development of sales automation and by connecting the dots between sales processes and sales tools. You will be leading further development and enhancement of Sales and ensure built up of the commercial platforms ecosystem. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Commercial Operations & Strategy, you will work closely with senior sales leadership and will strongly collaborate with sales support, finance, marketing, product management, aftermarket services and legal teams to ensure that the platforms enable the organization to meet its business objectives. You will identify pain points, define user requirements and work very closely with cross functional group of stakeholders across the business to capture requirements. You will act as the main point of contact with the organization working on development, deployment, data loading and similar activities to drive continuous improvements and adoption. You will ensure that sales tool set drives simplification, salesforce effectiveness and supports key operating processes within sales, marketing and sales support.

DEEP KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE EVERY BUYER AND TRY TO SATISFY TO THEM ACCORDINGLY.
YOU MUST HAVE GRADUATIONS WITH 7 YERAS EXPERIENE WITH IN DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF MARKET AS WELL AS CAPABLE TO OUT COME FOCUSED SALES .Good interpersonal, teaming and presentation skills. hAVE GOODS KKNOWLED ABOUT PRODUCTS KNOWLEDGE,QUALITY WITH TACKINICAL KNOWLDEGE.
